Daily on each patient unit, one of the Sisters of the Order of Santa Marta is in charge of coordinating physicians / caregivers / patients and the completion of all activities ancillary to care. This organization of work, very specific, facilitates the easy availability of caregivers at the bedside and reinforces solidarity within the team.
Patient safety is also provided upon admission by a risk assessment (infection - fall - bedsore), and revaluations are carried out regularly to adapt prevention measures throughout the hospital. The assessment of pain is routinely performed at least twice every 24 hours.
